Our fees are more affordable than most traditional law firms due to our efficient operating structure. This enables us to offer better value and a more cost effective service, yet at the same time affording clients a very high level of expertise and professionalism.

You have two options:

A - The hourly rate - this is based on market rates

B - The fixed fee -  you may want to know exactly where you stand we can offer you a fixed fee.  This will be an estimate based on the complexity of your case, the issues / assets involved and the time that we think it will take to complete based on a market hourly rate.    

We aim to provide affordable legal advice.  If you choose an option that you can no longer afford, please feel free to approach us to discuss other options.  

BEST Legal Advice Vouchers

Do you know somebody who needs advice on a family law or employment law matter?  

Knowledge of legal rights is empowering and will give absolute confidence to make the best decisions in any situation.  

 
Take the stress and worry away, buy a voucher for legal advice.  Vouchers are available for ½ hr to 2 hr sessions for expert advice on any family law or employment law issue.  Vouchers are also available for fixed fee and / or uncomplicated matters.  
 
Where there is public interest or where we believe that the BEST profile will be significantly advantaged, cases may be taken pro bono.

BEST do not offer Public Funding (Legal Aid).  If you are ineligible for funding or just prefer to pay privately, please speak to us to agree an appropriate, affordable hourly rate.
